Responsibilities and Duties The department is responsible for **managing all concessionaire-related processes** tied to Tenda’s projects, ensuring works are approved and authorized within scheduled deadlines. * Monitor and manage, together with concessionaires and approving authorities, the review and approval of external projects; * Serve as the primary point of contact with concessionaires, representing Tenda in meetings and alignment sessions; * Prepare and track technical requests, negotiating adjustments to requirements and parameters with concessionaires; * Be accountable for approval performance indicators and action plans aimed at continuously improving the approval process; * Lead weekly meetings with designers involved in concessionaire-related processes; * Support the design and construction teams to prevent potential delays in concessionaire-related processes; * Monitor deadlines and status via concessionaire systems and Excel control spreadsheets. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning; * Experience with legalization, licensing, or work approval processes; * Ability to read and/or understand AutoCAD and/or Revit project drawings; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel; * Willingness to travel occasionally to other states.
