Job Summary: We are seeking an architecture professional to develop projects at all stages, create construction details, and manage deadlines, with critical thinking and knowledge of architectural legislation. Critical thinking and knowledge of architectural legislation Responsibilities * Develop projects across their three phases (preliminary study, design development, construction documentation); * Develop general construction details with practical construction solutions; * Ability to read and perform preliminary coordination of drawings under supervision; * Conduct studies according to the office’s standards and deadlines; * Research materials, details, and suppliers; * Responsibility and ability to manage individual deadlines; * Attend coordinator meetings with designers/suppliers as an observer; Prerequisites * Proficiency in Archicad/SketchUp/Lumion/InDesign and Microsoft Office suite; * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with various teams; * Critical overview of the entire project (e.g., layout, construction solutions, circulation, functionality); * Knowledge of legislation and approval processes; * Understanding of architectural concepts. * 3 years of education in Architecture and Urban Planning
