Job Summary: Supporting the recruitment of a Junior Architect to work on retail design, developing Roll-out and conceptual projects for new brands. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in project presentations and client support. LigaJobs is supporting an architecture firm specializing in retail design, which develops Roll-out projects for established major brands and conceptual projects for new brands, in hiring a **Junior Architect**. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct site surveys; train and guide partners during the project. * Review and validate received survey data, ensuring information accuracy. * Lead briefings and meetings with clients to understand requirements and align technical aspects. * Develop preliminary studies, conceptual designs (CD), and executive designs (ED). * Analyze legislation and technical standards, and register necessary information for project development. * Perform and validate reviews of conceptual designs (CD) and executive designs (ED), ensuring compliance with scope and office standards. * Control and organize project information and data. * Analyze, develop, and verify internal and third-party complementary designs. * Guide and supervise designers and interns, ensuring adherence to internal processes. * Participate in project presentations and client support (e\-mail, WhatsApp, telephone). **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. * Experience in projects, preferably shopping mall stores and/or interiors. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering using V-Ray or similar (intermediate/advanced level). * Desired experience with REVIT or willingness to learn the tool. **Employment Conditions:** * Contract as an Independent Service Provider (PJ – 12 invoices/year). * 30-day recess after one year of service. * Fully on-site work during the first year; after one year, one day per week remote work. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Office location: Morumbi Stadium area.
