Negotiation and Sales Team Management Manage B2B customer relationships (architects, engineers, companies, construction firms, designers, system integrators, etc.); Prospect and qualify new customers and business opportunities in the market; Present the company's product portfolio and technical solutions; Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, contracts, and commercial terms; Manage sales representatives responsible for account customers; Monitor orders, deliveries, and post-sales support with relevant support departments; Prepare commercial proposals, reports, and sales forecasts; Achieve revenue and profitability targets set by management; Collaborate with marketing and engineering departments on product launches and special projects; Represent the company at events, trade shows, and strategic meetings.
