Ensure compliance with technical standards and legislation The construction company is seeking a Construction Engineer in Franca. **Responsibilities:** Manage and supervise the execution of high-rise residential construction projects. Plan, monitor, and update physical\-financial schedules. Coordinate internal teams and service providers. Control expenses, measurements, contracts, and contractual amendments. Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and established quality standards. Inspect work in accordance with architectural, structural, and complementary executive project drawings. Guarantee compliance with current technical standards and legislation. Act as an intermediary among suppliers, designers, clients, and public agencies. Prepare management reports and performance indicators. Manage occupational safety in collaboration with the responsible technician. Previous experience as a Civil Engineer, Construction Engineer, Construction Project Engineer, or Structural Engineer may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
