Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for sizing, developing, and analyzing electrical installation projects, photometric studies, and technical inspections. Key Highlights: 1. Electrical project sizing and development (AutoCAD, Revit) 2. Risk analysis and lightning protection system design 3. Photometric studies in Dialux Evo and analysis of third-party projects **Description:** Responsibilities Sizing and development of electrical installation projects using software (AutoCAD and Revit), including electrical load surveys, preparation of single-line, three-line, control, and power diagrams. Preparation of risk analysis and lightning protection system designs. Preparation of photometric studies using Dialux Evo software, lighting fixture placement, outlet locations, power points, electrical panels, infrastructure sizing, circuit distribution, calculation memos, descriptive reports, technical manual development, and quantitative spreadsheets. Analysis of electrical projects, PDA, and photometric studies performed by third parties. Conducting technical inspections to verify electrical load surveys and as-built conditions. Requirements Technical-level certification — Electrotechnician or Electronics Technician Technical-level certification — Electrotechnician or Electronics Technician Proficiency in using Office suite, Dialux, AutoCAD, and Revit software. Experience in developing power supply entry projects and Special Systems is a plus.
