Job Summary: Civil Engineer with experience in sanitation projects, quantity take-offs, and preparation of technical proposals and value engineering. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with sanitation projects (networks, pipelines, pumping stations) 2. Proficiency in AutoCAD and desirable experience with BIM (Civil 3D/Revit) 3. Experience supporting proposals and value engineering Requirements: Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering** Experience with **sanitation projects (networks, pipelines, pumping stations, and operational units)** Proficiency in **AutoCAD** Experience with **quantity take-offs** Ability to interpret **basic designs and terms of reference** Desirable experience with **BIM (Civil 3D / Revit)** Experience in **supporting proposals and value engineering** (a plus) Responsibilities: Develop and review **sanitation projects** Perform **quantity take-offs** Support **technical proposals** Propose solutions focused on **value engineering** Prepare drawings in **AutoCAD/BIM** Coordinate designs and validate technical assumptions against budget
