Job Summary: Internship opportunity for students pursuing Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning, assisting in project monitoring, analysis, development, as well as interacting with designers and addressing inquiries. Collaborate in developing launch materials Description: Essential: Be an undergraduate student in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning from the 3rd semester onward; Be available to work 30 hours per week; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Excel skills; AutoCAD. * Assist in tracking project deliveries—from house design to Factory and Alea construction sites—ensuring timely completion; * Help conduct critical analysis of projects for continuous improvement; * Assist in hiring designers to align project expectations; * Support addressing project-related inquiries from the Factory and construction sites via site visits, phone calls, and email to ensure smooth progress; * Help develop house-related materials for launch contracting with banks. 2512130202201917854
