Civil Engineer – Commercial Building Project We are seeking a Civil Engineer to serve as a co\-responsible technical engineer for the execution of a 10-story commercial building, with direct involvement in planning, control, and monitoring of construction progress. This opportunity targets professionals experienced in high-rise construction, with strong on-site presence and technical leadership capabilities. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the responsible engineer for the execution of a 10-story commercial building project under a condominium system (cost-plus pricing model), with an estimated construction duration of 3 years, issuing an ART (Technical Responsibility Annotation) as co\-responsible technical engineer; * Plan, coordinate, and monitor physical and financial progress of the project; * Directly manage contractors, in-house teams, and suppliers; * Develop, monitor, and update schedules, quantity surveys, quality control of works, and cost tracking; * Request necessary materials to ensure smooth project progression; * Select and hire contractors for service execution; * Ensure compliance with technical standards, current legislation, occupational safety regulations, and sound construction practices; * Act as the liaison between designers, inspectors, clients, and other stakeholders; * Support technical and construction-related decision-making throughout the project execution. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with active registration at CREA; * Experience in medium- to large-scale high-rise construction projects; * Prior experience with major construction companies; * Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel; * Practical profile with strong on-site presence; * Leadership posture, organizational skills, and high sense of technical responsibility; * Availability for full-time dedication to the project. **Employment Model:** PJ (Individual Contractor), with full-time dedication to the project. **Benefits:** * Fuel reimbursement. **Salary Range:** Between R$ 10\.000,00 and R$ 15\.000,00, to be determined based on experience, professional background, and alignment with the desired profile.
