Job Summary: A commercial and technical support professional responsible for creating and adjusting projects, communicating with clients, and monitoring production and installation processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support for the commercial and technical departments in standardizing processes. 2. Responsible for converting measurements into projects and making necessary adjustments. 3. Monitoring all execution phases and maintaining contact with clients. Provide support to the commercial department by establishing standardizations. Receive measurements, convert them into technical drawings, and forward them to Production for product manufacturing. Adjust projects when required by clients or due to inconsistencies in information or measurements. Contact clients as needed to resolve questions, ensuring project quality and the quality of products to be installed. Prepare the glass installation sequence by identifying self-adhesive labels and forwarding it to Production. Submit the site drawing to determine necessary installation accessories. Receive the balcony accessory checklist and attach it to the project copy, forwarding it to the Commercial Department for billing. Develop and maintain a production control spreadsheet for balconies to track performed activities. Fulfill material replacement requests at construction sites when required. Monitor requests and follow up with involved parties to ensure adherence to established deadlines, thereby preventing installation delays. Notify the Dispatch Department upon material release and monitor shipment to construction sites. Contact clients as needed to schedule new deliveries. Forward copies of REPs (Extra Replacement Orders) to Production Management for awareness of material inflows and outflows. Monitor all processes across all execution phases. Minimum Education: Technical Course Desired Qualifications: * Interior Design, Technical Course * Building Construction, Technical Course * Civil Construction Drafting, Technical Course
