Job Summary: As a CAD Designer, you will be responsible for developing technical designs for metal cladding systems, coordination across disciplines, feasibility analysis, and supporting execution—ensuring quality and precision. The CAD Designer will be responsible for developing technical designs for metal cladding systems used in roofs and façades, working autonomously on medium-complexity projects. The role plays a critical part in project coordination, technical feasibility analysis, and execution support—ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to technical standards. Work is primarily office-based, with occasional on-site technical visits, directly contributing to project efficiency and resource optimization. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or related fields; * 2–4 years of experience in technical design (preferably in structural systems or metal cladding); * Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (mandatory); * Intermediate-level knowledge of Revit; * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings; * Familiarity with applicable technical standards; * Basic understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Intermediate English (a plus); * Analytical and detail-oriented mindset; * Organized with strong technical responsibility; * Ability to work autonomously; * Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical teams; * Problem-solving capability; * Proactive attitude and commitment to deadlines and quality. **Responsibilities:** * Develop technical designs for metal cladding systems for roofs and façades; * Create technical drawings and detailed documentation using AutoCAD and/or Revit; * Coordinate designs across disciplines (structure, architecture, MEP); * Conduct technical feasibility analysis and propose optimized solutions; * Monitor manufacturing and assembly processes per design specifications; * Perform material quantity take-offs; * Prepare technical reports and project documentation; * Participate in technical meetings and design reviews; * Conduct occasional on-site technical visits for data collection and validation; * Support continuous improvement of technical processes and solutions.
