Job Summary: Professional to work in the field of real estate regularization, construction, and licensing, supporting the development of projects and technical drawings. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in interpreting technical standards and applying solutions The professional will perform activities in the areas of real estate regularization, construction, environmental and civil licensing. **Responsibilities:** Assist in developing construction projects; Collaborate in preparing and reviewing technical drawings; Work collaboratively with the team of engineers and architects across various project stages; Assist in interpreting technical standards and apply them in developing solutions; Contribute ideas and improvements to project-area processes; Support client interactions by providing necessary guidance and explanations related to the area. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering; Proficiency in technical drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD); Knowledge of technical standards and local construction regulations; Prior experience in construction projects; Knowledge of Revit; Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects is a plus; Knowledge of 3D rendering software is a plus; Strong communication skills; Attention to detail; Creative. **Benefits:** Health insurance; Dental insurance; Bonus. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Azambuja **City:** Brusque State SC
