Description: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of executive design project coordination and integration processes. * Familiarity with contracts, disbursement workflows, budgets, and service provider measurements. * Strong organizational skills, document management capability, and deadline adherence. * Effective communication and teamwork skills within multidisciplinary teams. * Proactivity in identifying and proposing technical solutions. * Preferred: Prior experience in real estate development companies, construction firms, or design offices. * Preferred: Basic knowledge of urban legislation, legal documentation, and approval procedures. * Preferred: Prior experience with the UAU ERP system. * Assist in preparing technical product briefings. * Support the development of the BIM Execution Plan: Define BIM objectives; scheduling strategy; project and deliverable workflow per phase; information requirements for modeling; standards for file origin/naming/export; definition of file repository tools/issue tracking/project integration tools and required infrastructure; * Support the designer procurement process: issuing invitation letters, proposal evaluation, negotiation, contract drafting, disbursement workflow, and measurement management; * Management and auditing of federated models; * Monitoring interferences using issue management tools (Construflow); * Contribute to developing and monitoring project development schedules. * Track delivery dates and project integration, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and participating in discussions. * Conduct technical analyses and propose solutions for site-related issues and integration discrepancies. * Perform on-site inspections, documenting non-conformities and categorizing improvements. * Support the Lessons Learned Committee: organizing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. * Verify and organize legal and technical documentation: ARTs (Technical Responsibility Annotations), file repositories, master lists, drawing nomenclature. * Assist in developing site layout and perimeter fencing designs. * Monitor and procure as-built deliverables and post-legalization modifications. * Support activities related to the Habite-se certificate and property subdivision registration. * Collaborate closely with designers and consultants, providing documentation and monitoring deliverables. 2512130202201836723
