We seek people who share this energy and are ready to make a difference. **Join us in transforming the present and building the future.** **Here, your ideas are heard, your talent is given space, and your purpose achieves real impact.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in preparing **technical product briefings**. * Support the development of the **BIM Execution Plan**: Define BIM objectives; scheduling strategy; project workflow and deliverables per phase; information requirements for modeling; standards for file origin/naming/export; definition of tools for file repositories/issue tracking/project integration and required infrastructure; * Support the **hiring process for designers**: sending invitation letters, proposal evaluation, negotiation, contract drafting, disbursement workflow, and measurement management; * Manage and audit **federated models**; * Monitor interferences using **issue tracking tools** (Construflow); * Contribute to the **development and monitoring of project schedules**. * Track **delivery dates** and project integration, preparing meeting agendas and minutes and participating in discussions. * Conduct **technical analyses** and propose solutions for construction and integration issues. * Perform **on-site construction monitoring**, recording non-conformities and categorizing improvements. * Support the **lessons learned committee**: organizing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. * Review and organize **legal and technical documentation**: ARTs (Technical Responsibility Annotations), file repositories, master lists, drawing naming conventions. * Assist in developing **site layout and fencing projects**. * Monitor and contract **as-built deliveries** and post-approval modifications. * Support activities related to **habite-se (occupancy permit)** and land registry subdivision. * Collaborate closely with designers and consultants, providing documentation and tracking deliveries. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of **executive project coordination and integration processes**. * Familiarity with contracts, disbursement workflows, budgets, and service provider measurements. * Strong organizational skills, document management, and deadline management abilities. * Effective communication and teamwork skills within multidisciplinary teams. * Proactivity in identifying and proposing technical solutions. * Preferred: Prior experience in real estate development firms, construction companies, or design offices. * Preferred: Basic understanding of urban legislation, legal documentation, and approval processes. * Preferred: Prior experience with the UAU ERP system. **Additional Information** Working with us offers an innovative and collaborative environment that encourages continuous professional growth.
