We are looking for an **Occupational Health and Safety Technician** to join our team and actively contribute to promoting a safe, healthy, and legally compliant work environment.
This professional will play a fundamental role in risk prevention, strengthening safety culture, and supporting leadership and operational teams—working closely, technically, analytically, and collaboratively.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Implement and enhance the Occupational Health and Safety Management System by developing and reviewing procedures, instructions, and area-specific indicators. Conduct technical training and onboard new employees, ensuring safety standards are disseminated across all hierarchical levels.
* Perform inspections, audits, and incident investigations, proposing and monitoring preventive and corrective actions.
* Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including evaluation, approval, and delivery control, as well as enforcing compliance with legal and internal guidelines.
* Provide technical support to the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA) and the Emergency Brigade, while also responding to emergency situations and conducting drills.
* Prepare and present managerial and statistical reports, contributing to area performance analysis and decision-making.
* Participate in budget planning (CAPEX/OPEX) and serve as a technical assistant in occupational health and safety-related expert assessments and judicial proceedings.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed technical course in Occupational Health and Safety.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health and Safety preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Spanish language skills preferred.
* Power BI experience preferred.
* Civil Firefighter certification preferred.
