We seek a dynamic and motivated professional to join our sales team. **Responsibilities:** * Providing personalized customer service, identifying customer needs, and offering optimal solutions. * Achieving company-established sales targets. * Demonstrating products/services in an attractive and clear manner. * Organizing and maintaining the sales area to ensure it remains pleasant and appealing. **Requirements:** * Minimum age: 18 years old. * Clear communication, empathy, and a positive attitude. * Ability to work under targets and pressure. * Proactivity, dynamism, and willingness to learn. * Completed High School education. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary \+ commission on sales. A dynamic and collaborative work environment. Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract. Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$3\.400,00 per month. Experience: * Sales (Preferred) * Customer Service (Mandatory) License/Certification: * Brazilian National Driver's License Category B (Preferred)
