




Job Summary: Professional responsible for process assembly, monitoring, and control with competent authorities, project coordination, and technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Process assembly and control with regulatory agencies 2. Technical support in project development and review 3. Participation in technical meetings and inspections ✅ Assembly, monitoring, and control of processes with CETESB, City Hall, Fire Department, Health Surveillance, and other competent authorities; Coordination of architectural, complementary, and legal projects; ✅ Technical support to architects and engineers in project development and review; ✅ Participation in internal and external technical meetings; Conducting technical inspections when necessary; Organization of technical documentation and deadline management; ✅ Other activities related to project support and analysis. **Requirements:** ✔ Six months of experience ✔ AutoCAD proficiency at intermediate level ✔ Good communication skills ✔ Agile **Preferred Qualifications:** ✔ Knowledge of procedures with City Hall / CETESB **Education:** UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT / DEGREE COMPLETED 100% In-person mode **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
