Responsibilities and Duties * Prepare budgets based on inputs, resources, and operational costs; * Perform service pricing using structured Excel spreadsheets; * Develop commercial proposals considering costs, margins, and sales strategy; * Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure alignment when presenting to clients; * Monitor deadlines and dynamic demands with organization and attention to process updates; * Critically validate costs, composite prices, and assumptions used in proposals; * Collaborate with the technical proposal lead, receiving sizing information; * Understand resources and labor required to execute services; * Interpret technical specifications and contractual assumptions provided by clients. Requirements and Qualifications **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in service pricing or development of commercial proposals; * Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis; * Ability to interpret technical documents and perform critical analysis; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and commitment to deadlines; * Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork ability.
