The employee will be responsible for supervising daily parking operations, ensuring safety, organization, and efficiency. They will manage the customer service team, providing ongoing guidance and training to guarantee excellence in service delivery. Additionally, they will serve as the primary point of support for customers, delivering high-quality service, resolving inquiries, complaints, and feedback. The professional will also be responsible for monitoring vehicle traffic flow, collecting parking fees, preparing financial reports, and overseeing maintenance, cleaning, and compliance with safety regulations within the facility. **Key Responsibilities**: * Monitor vehicle traffic flow, organizing entry and exit to prevent congestion; * Ensure efficient use of parking spaces according to parking policies; * Deliver high-quality customer service, resolving inquiries and issues; * Supervise fee collection, ensuring payments are processed correctly; * Prepare financial reports and identify opportunities for operational improvement; * Oversee cleaning, maintenance, lighting, and surveillance systems in the parking facility; * Conduct periodic patrols throughout the parking area to ensure order and security; * Collaborate with security, maintenance, and other departments to ensure integrated operations. **Working Hours:** 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, rotating schedule of five days on, one day off.
