Occupational Safety Technician

Brink Mobil, a toy and educational materials manufacturer, is seeking a strategic and experienced **Occupational Safety Technician** to structure and develop the company’s occupational safety processes. We are currently expanding and looking for a professional with hands-on experience in implementing safety processes, opening new branches, ensuring legal compliance, and fully managing the Occupational Safety department. Key responsibilities: * Structure and monitor all occupational safety-related processes; * Directly support branch opening processes and legal compliance adjustments; * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Manage technical documentation, inspection reports, and mandatory programs; * Interface with the Fire Department, overseeing projects, inspections, licenses, and regularization procedures; * Develop preventive actions and foster a safety culture; * Deliver training sessions and onboarding programs; * Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions; * Manage the delivery, control, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE); * Monitor emerging trends, labor law updates, and modern occupational safety practices; * Support managers in implementing continuous improvements in the workplace. Requirements: * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Active registration; * Solid industrial sector experience; * Experience in implementing and structuring occupational safety processes; * Knowledge of legal requirements, audits, and documentation; * Experience coordinating activities with the Fire Department; * Proactive, organized profile with autonomy in decision-making.
