Job Summary: Develop, implement, and monitor occupational safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing training. Key Highlights: 1. Training and inspection of operational activities **Responsibilities:** Develop, implement, and monitor occupational safety programs (PGR, PCA, PPR, CIPA, SIPAT), ensure compliance with regulations, conduct daily safety talks (DDS), supervise and inspect operational activities, manage and distribute PPE and inspect PPE usage, provide training and guidance (onboarding, forklift operator, fire brigade), perform safety diagnostics, maintain records and reports, monitor AVCB, fire extinguisher expiration dates, and manage occupational health and safety documentation. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing technical education in Occupational Safety; experience in the industrial sector; Civil Firefighter course preferred; knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NR) (NR-35, NR-33, NR-11, NR-12, and NR-6\) **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, Monday to Friday **Reside in Monte Mor or nearby areas.** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$4\.000,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Basic food basket * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
