We are seeking a New Products Analyst to strategically prospect and assess the technical and legal feasibility of new developments, ensuring compliance with technical and legal requirements.

We are looking for a **New Products Analyst** to act strategically, converting construction potential into tangible business opportunities.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Develop and analyze technical and legal feasibility studies (e.g., massing/construction capacity studies) for prospecting new land parcels and developments;
* Critically analyze architectural designs for medium- and high-complexity multifamily buildings, ensuring alignment with the defined product concept;
* Review projects from the perspective of current technical regulations (Fire Department, NBR standards, etc.), applicable zoning laws, and building codes;
* Lead and monitor licensing processes, project approvals, and issuance of permits with municipal governments and other competent authorities;
* Stay updated on and strategically apply municipal master plans and building codes in operational municipalities.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering;
* In-depth knowledge of master plans and zoning laws, especially those of Itajaí and Balneário Camboriú;
* Technical knowledge of Fire Department regulations and accessibility-related NBR standards;
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Office applications—especially Excel;
* Clear technical writing and communication skills, analytical mindset, and strong attention to detail;
* Critical thinking and proactive attitude.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in construction companies or real estate development firms;
* Practical knowledge or experience with approval, incorporation, and permit issuance processes;
* Knowledge of or hands-on experience with BIM methodology.
