Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, civil, and masonry installations; Carry out minor repairs on floors, walls, ceilings, doors, and painting; Assist in the maintenance of lighting systems, outlets, faucets, and valves; Support the technical team during larger interventions, when necessary; Carry out building maintenance routines and schedules; Complete reports and service orders; Ensure organization and cleanliness of the workplace.
