




JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for ensuring the safety and integrity of people and assets in emergency situations, coordinating the civil firefighting team in prevention, firefighting, and rescue operations. This professional must act proactively, leading the team in training and interventions, as well as maintaining efficient communication with other departments within the company or institution. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the civil firefighting team, ensuring proper execution of tasks and adherence to safety regulations; Plan and conduct periodic training sessions for the team, including emergency drills and instructions on the use of firefighting equipment; Develop and implement fire prevention and safety programs, assessing risks and proposing improvements to existing procedures; Coordinate firefighting, rescue, and emergency response operations, ensuring efficiency and safety during interventions; Supervise maintenance and inspection of firefighting equipment, ensuring that all devices are always in operational condition; Record and report incidents, preparing incident reports and activity summaries from the team; Ensure all activities comply with current safety regulations and legislation. JOB REQUIREMENTS Secondary education completed (desirable); Civil Firefighter certification recognized by competent authorities (desirable); Additional courses in First Aid and Firefighting will be considered advantageous; Basic education completed (desirable); Relevant work experience (desirable); Personal demeanor; Communication skills; Leadership.
