The professional will be responsible for leading and managing the landscaping team’s activities, ensuring project execution, green area maintenance, and irrigation system control and repairs. Responsibilities: * Manage and guide the landscaping team in daily activities; * Supervise pruning, planting, and maintenance of green areas; * Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment required for tasks; * Identify improvement needs in green areas and propose solutions; * Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations. Requirements: * Proven experience in leading landscaping teams; * Technical knowledge of pruning, planting, and plant care; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Proactivity and leadership mindset.
