ACTIVITIES: * **Pre\-preparation:** Wash, peel, cut, and grate vegetables, greens, and fruits; prepare meats and assist with seasoning. * **Diet Preparation:** Assist in preparing soups, creams, rice, beans, and pasty/special diets under supervision. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Clean and organize the kitchen, including washing pots, utensils, and equipment, while maintaining the environment according to the good practices manual. * **Logistics:** Assist in tray assembly, meal distribution (when required), and storage/pantry organization. REQUIREMENTS: * Elementary or high school education. * Prior experience in industrial or hospital kitchens is a significant advantage. * Basic knowledge of food handling and ANVISA regulations.
