Our story continues, and we are ready to create moments that transform and impact people’s lives—fostering connections and opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct active outreach to delinquent customers via phone, email, or other channels, negotiating payment methods and deadlines in accordance with the collections policy; * Issue invoices, bank slips (boletos), and other collection documents to customers; * Monitor collections and reconcile payments in the system; * Prepare reports and controls related to outstanding receivables, delinquency rates, and negotiation progress; * Record all interactions in the financial system and ensure full traceability of information; * Monitor procedures related to bill protest, credit reporting (negative listing), or write-offs, where applicable; * Actively support and monitor judicial or administrative collection processes—including participation in follow-up meetings regarding eviction actions, enforcement proceedings, and other related legal matters; * Lead and monitor recovery plans for both active and inactive tenants, ensuring analysis, negotiation, formalization of agreements, and tracking of compliance with agreed terms. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Prior experience handling collections routines; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Negotiation ability, organizational skills, and deadline management; * Analytical mindset. **Additional Information** What We Offer You * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Parking; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub; * Birthday Day Off; * Acolhe (psychosocial support service); * Saber Online (internal learning platform); * Annual Bonus. **Work Location:** METRÓPOLE SHOPPING **Work Schedule:** 5x2 We exist to connect people with what matters—serving and delighting every day, and creating transformative moments.
