Ensure hygiene, food safety, and organization of the station VINIL BURGER TAMBORE | NIGHT GRILL POSITION SALARY: R$1903 + tips (variable) SUNDAY TO THURSDAY: 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM | FRIDAY AND SATURDAY: 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM WORK SCHEDULE: 6 days on, 1 day off | Includes one weekly day off and one Sunday per month off TAMBORE, at Tamboré Shopping RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operate the grill, ensuring meats are cooked to the correct doneness, and prepare breads, cheeses, and grilled items according to the Preparation Manual and brand standards. - Perform mise en place for the area and supervise kitchen assistants. - Ensure compliance with personal hygiene, food safety, and cleaning standards for the station and equipment. - Monitor expiration labels, equipment temperatures, and ingredient consumption to prevent waste and expired products. - Support the Kitchen Coordinator in organizing workflow. - In the Coordinator’s absence, organize kitchen workflow and ensure orders are assembled correctly according to Vinil standards. .
