Focus on inventory control, traceability, and compliance **Job Description** The **Warehouse Supervisor** will be responsible for the operational, systemic, and administrative management of assigned warehouses (Electrical Warehouse, Meters Warehouse, and PPE/CPE Warehouse), ensuring inventory control, traceability, contractual compliance, support for operational teams, and assistance in construction, maintenance, and emergency response processes — guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, regulations, and contract performance indicators. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise material separation, release, and delivery routines for electrical materials used in construction, maintenance, and emergency responses * Manage meter operations, including release, delivery, system-based movements, document control, and inventory turnover * Coordinate PPE/CPE management, ensuring delivery, traceability, validity control, and compliance with safety regulations * Ensure accurate system-based material movements in both the client’s system and the company’s internal system * Supervise physical inventories, cycle counts, and resolution of discrepancies between system records and physical stock * Monitor inventory turnover to prevent expiration, obsolescence, and stockout risks * Monitor and report operational KPIs (inventory levels, consumption, pending items, SLA, compliance) * Ensure warehouse documentation is organized, standardized, and properly controlled * Support and assist field teams (electricians, foremen, and operational supervisors) * Prevent and correct contractual and operational non-conformities * Lead, guide, and develop the warehouse team, ensuring adherence to workflows, procedures, and operational discipline * Interface with internal departments (Planning, Closure, Logistics, SESMT) and with the client as required **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree (Logistics, Administration, or related fields) * Experience in **electrical warehouse management**, preferably under contracts with energy utility companies * Experience managing operational teams * Knowledge of inventory control, inventory audits, and KPIs * Experience with management systems (ERP/SAP or similar) * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and sense of responsibility * Organization and attention to detail * Decision-making ability and prioritization skills * Clear communication and professional demeanor * Analytical mindset and results orientation * Resilience to operate effectively in dynamic, high-pressure operational environments **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with energy utility company contracts * Experience with audits, inspections, and inventories * Familiarity with safety regulations (NR-06 and related standards) * Experience managing meters and PPE/CPE Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2.409,40 – R$5.949,99 per month Work Location: On-site
