We believe in the power of intrapreneurship—that is, every person is invited to bring their knowledge, purpose, and unique approach to make a difference in daily operations. **What do we expect from the Pizzaiolo?** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a Kitchen Assistant or in dough production. * Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. **What are the Pizzaiolo’s routine responsibilities?** * Produce fresh dough and ensure consistent quality; * Prepare various sauces, toppings, and fillings according to resort standards; * Operate wood-fired, electric, or other types of ovens and equipment; * Monitor usage of materials and ingredients to minimize waste and optimize costs; * Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards per local regulations and resort requirements; * Maintain a clean and organized workspace; * Support the Head Chef in other tasks and projects as needed; * Follow instructions from the Head Chef and team leaders to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations; * Perform other duties related to the role. **What do we offer the Pizzaiolo?** In addition to competitive compensation, you’ll find a relaxed environment, a diverse team, outstanding results, and abundant opportunities to learn and grow.
