Job Summary: Assist in the installation and maintenance of solar systems, perform masonry repairs, and ensure team safety and efficiency while adhering to regulations and protocols. Ensure organization and cleanliness of work areas In this role, you will support the installation team by installing solar panels and all associated circuits up to the customer's utility pole (de-energized circuit), ensuring high-quality service delivered within established deadlines. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing minor masonry repairs, always complying with safety regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Assist in the installation and maintenance of solar systems, following received instructions; \- Perform minor masonry repairs using appropriate tools and materials; \- Ensure organization and cleanliness of work areas to promote team safety and efficiency; \- Follow company-established safety regulations and protocols, using required personal protective equipment (PPE); \- Contribute to meeting established deadlines and maintaining service quality.
