**SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:**
Responsible for supporting maintenance activities at Arena Mané Garrincha, performing inspections and repairs on electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and structural systems. Tasks include bulb replacement, repairs, painting, cleaning of common areas, and preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring proper facility operation.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Receive work orders from the supervisor and perform electrical, hydraulic, masonry, and other maintenance tasks, including replacements, repairs, cleaning, and installation of parts, components, and equipment, always following safety standards and using appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
* Monitor third-party services that may impact the electrical system, ensuring facility integrity.
* Prepare and install conduits, and connect electrical wiring.
* Install safety and distribution components, such as switches, resistors, and circuit breaker panels.
* Assemble and refurbish electrical systems, panels, and control systems, ensuring optimal equipment performance.
* Identify and fix leaks, and unclog drains, sinks, and toilets.
* Assemble, adjust, and repair wooden elements such as windows, doors, partitions, and furniture, and install locks, hinges, and handles.
* Maintain pumps, automatic float valves, and clean water reservoirs in clean and good working condition.
* Specify and request materials required for maintenance;

* Transport parts, materials, and tools necessary to perform services.
* Ensure conservation, organization, and cleanliness of equipment, tools, and materials used in the job.
**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:**

**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Completed elementary education.
* Technical course in Hydraulics and Sanitation is desirable.
* Minimum 6 months of experience, preferably in building environments.
* NR35 (work at heights), NR-33 (confined spaces), NR10 (safety in electrical installations and services), and NR06 (Personal Protective Equipment - PPE) certifications.
