Maintenance Assistant

Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing low-complexity corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, supporting the installation and conservation of equipment and infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across various areas. 2. Support the conservation and adjustment of equipment and structures. 3. Carry out basic repairs and ensure the organization of environments. Main Responsibilities: \- Perform low-complexity corrective and preventive maintenance in basic hydraulic, electrical, and civil areas. \- Support the installation, conservation, and adjustment of equipment, furniture, and structures in stores, offices, and other company premises. \- Carry out minor repairs on doors, locks, outlets, light bulbs, faucets, furniture, walls, floors, and other infrastructure items. \- Perform simple assembly, disassembly, internal movement, and transportation of materials, furniture, and equipment. \- Support the team with structural and operational adjustments whenever necessary, contributing to environment conservation. \- Perform basic and spot cleaning in workspaces, especially after maintenance, repairs, or internal movements. \- Ensure organization, cleanliness, and safety of environments during and after service execution. \- Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment employed in activities. Requirements: \- Prior experience as a building maintenance assistant or helper. \- Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and painting. \- Proactive, careful, and responsible profile. \- High school diploma preferred Compensation: R$1\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
