Job Summary: This internship supports the implementation, operation, and management of electronic security systems—including networks, CCTV, and access control—contributing to multidisciplinary telecommunications projects. Our Mission To support activities related to the implementation, operation, and management of electronic security systems, contributing to the deployment of computer network, CCTV, access control, alarm, monitoring, and other integrated security systems. The intern will join the telecommunications team responsible for developing multidisciplinary projects, working on model development, technical documentation, and cross-disciplinary integration—ensuring quality, standardization, and adherence to defined project workflows. Main Responsibilities * Support the implementation and commissioning of electronic security systems, including computer networks, CCTV, access control, alarms, and monitoring systems. * Assist in preparing and updating projects, diagrams, technical documentation, and reports. * Assist in asset management, equipment inventory, and software license control. * Monitor functional testing, homologation, and acceptance of new solutions and equipment. * Support troubleshooting and diagnostics of failures in cameras, recorders, controllers, biometric readers, turnstiles, electromagnetic locks, and other security devices. * Contribute to the creation and updating of operational procedures and technical documentation. * Support continuous improvement initiatives and automation of electronic security-related processes. Requirements * Currently enrolled in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Network Engineering, or related fields. * Basic understanding of logic and programming. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. * Strong analytical ability and organizational skills. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Desirable Knowledge * Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks. * IP-based CCTV systems. * Access control (turnstiles, biometric readers, proximity cards, facial recognition). * VMS (Video Management System) platforms. * Ethernet networks, VLANs, and structured cabling. * Detection and alarm systems. * Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux servers. * Power BI for KPIs and dashboards. * Basic SQL knowledge or process automation. * Technical English for reading manuals and documentation.
