Job Summary: General maintenance professional responsible for plumbing, electrical systems, and minor repairs, ensuring the preservation of equipment and facilities. Key Highlights: 1. An essential role for the preservation and functionality of facilities. **\*Responsibilities:\* Basic plumbing and electrical maintenance. Repairs to gates, water tanks, motors, and installations. Execution of minor repairs and painting. Ensuring the preservation of equipment and facilities.** **\*Requirements:\* Experience in general maintenance. Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems. Skills in repairs and painting. Proactivity, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team. Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night) \*if required.**\* **\*We Offer:\* \*Base Salary:\* R$ 1\.696,00 \+ Performance Bonus 5% (R$ 84,80\)** \*Meal Allowance:\* R$780,00, i.e., R$30.00/day. \*Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance:\* R$ 312,00 \*For your well-being, we provide life insurance with comprehensive coverage for you and your family. \*Loyalty and Incentive Program: Loyalty bonus based on tenure: 25% of salary in July during the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% starting from the 4th year.
