Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on building electrical systems, ensuring the proper operation of various installations. Cleaning and maintaining electrical panels *CLT POSITION – BUILDING MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT (ELECTRICAL FOCUS)* Work Location: Condominiums served by the company – Fortaleza Start Date: Immediate Employment Type and Working Hours Employment Type: CLT Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Compensation Base Salary: R$ 1.593,91 Hazard Pay Allowance: R$ 478,17 Total Monthly Compensation: R$ 2.072,08 Benefits Transportation Allowance: R$ 9.00 per day (paid via Pix) Meal Allowance: Paid via Pix Life Insurance The professional travels between condominiums during the day. The fixed transportation allowance is already included. Own vehicle (motorcycle) required.
