Support general building maintenance (plumbing, civil works, infrastructure) We are seeking an **Electrical Maintenance Assistant** to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the building's electrical systems and installations, as well as support general building maintenance activities. **Salary: R$ 2.200,00** **Benefits:** * Medical Assistance * Meal Allowance / Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform low-voltage electrical maintenance: electrical panels, circuit breakers, cables, outlets, luminaires, sensors, etc. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance following established plans and schedules * Identify and resolve electrical faults in building systems * Conduct tests, measurements, and diagnostics using specialized tools (multimeter, clamp meter, etc.) * Support minor general maintenance tasks in building maintenance (plumbing, civil works, infrastructure), when required * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, especially NR-10 and NR-35 **Requirements:** * Proven experience in the electrical field and building maintenance * Low-voltage electrical installations * Assembly and maintenance of electrical panels * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams Employment Type: Permanent CLT
