Development of schedules and planning of construction phases **Responsibilities** * Interpret architectural, structural, electrical, and hydraulic drawings; * Perform measurements, material control, and preparation of technical reports; * Support construction project management, inspect contractor and third-party services; * Assist in schedule development and planning of construction phases; * Ensure correct use of equipment and construction techniques. **Requirements** * Technical qualification in Construction; * Proven experience in the field; * Proficiency in technical drawing software (AutoCAD, Revit); * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Proactive, communicative, and able to work effectively in a team.
