Job Summary: The Construction Laborer assists in general construction and maintenance activities on job sites, preparing and handling materials, cleaning work areas, and supporting skilled professionals, acting proactively to ensure efficiency and safety. Description The Construction Laborer assists in general construction and maintenance activities on job sites, providing necessary support to masons and other professionals. Responsibilities include preparing and handling construction materials, cleaning work areas, and performing auxiliary tasks related to civil construction. The laborer must act proactively, following supervisors' instructions and ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations. Activities 1\. Experience and promote the organizational culture of Jardim do Éden; 2\. Material Preparation Support: a. Prepare mortars, concrete, and other construction materials as instructed by masons or supervisors. b. Transport and distribute bricks, blocks, cement, sand, and other required materials for construction execution. 3\. Material Handling and Organization: a. Load and unload construction materials at the job site, organizing them safely and efficiently. b. Ensure materials are always available to the team, preventing workflow interruptions. 4\. Cleaning and Maintenance of Work Areas: a. Keep the work area clean and organized by removing debris and waste generated during construction. b. Clean tools and equipment after use, ensuring they remain in proper condition for subsequent tasks. 5\. Assembly and Disassembly of Structures: a. Assist in assembling and disassembling scaffolding, fences, temporary barriers, and other temporary structures, following safety instructions. b. Assist in installing formwork for concrete pouring, helping position materials correctly. 6\. Support in Construction Activities: a. Support masons and other site professionals in tasks such as floor leveling, mortar application, and bricklaying. b. Perform minor finishing and touch-up tasks, such as surface cleaning and filling holes or imperfections. 7\. Workplace Safety: a. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to safety standards, including helmets, gloves, and boots. b. Observe safety regulations on the construction site and report any hazardous situations to the Site Supervisor. 8\. Team Collaboration: a. Collaborate effectively with masons, carpenters, electricians, and other professionals to ensure smooth workflow. b. Follow instructions from the Site Supervisor and Foreman to ensure all stages are completed on schedule. Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.661,00 - R$2.564,77 per month Work Location: On-site
