Focus on organization, safety, and teamwork **CONSTRUCTION LABORER** We are hiring a **Construction Laborer** to support work fronts at the construction site. We seek a committed, agile professional willing to collaborate with the team in various civil construction activities. **Responsibilities** * Assist masons, carpenters, rebar workers, electricians, and other construction professionals. * Transport, carry, and organize materials and tools. * Prepare mortar and concrete as instructed. * Keep the construction site clean, organized, and safe. * Support simple masonry tasks, formwork assembly, rebar installation, and utility installations. * Assist in assembling and dismantling scaffolding under supervision. * Comply with safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). **Requirements** * Primary education (preferred). * Experience in civil construction is a plus but not mandatory. * Good physical stamina. * Commitment to safety and teamwork. **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity * Agility * Organization * Responsibility * Punctuality Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$1.518,00 - R$2.582,56 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance
