And we continuously drive **transformation and innovation**, seeking new ideas and ways to evolve—whether in products, services, or processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on liquid chillers (scroll, screw, and centrifugal types) in data center environments; * Respond to field maintenance requests by conducting technical visits as required by customers; * Diagnose failures and implement technical solutions, ensuring equipment efficiency, reliability, and full operational functionality; * Prepare detailed technical reports using maintenance software, documenting performed activities and equipment operating conditions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education (Refrigeration, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields). * Technical knowledge of data centers, refrigeration principles, chillers, electrical systems, maintenance practices, environmental regulations, control systems, and safety standards. * Language: Intermediate English Valid driver’s license (Class B); availability for travel and on-call duties. * **Additional Information** * Medical and dental assistance; * Meal allowance; * Company vehicle provided as a work tool and fuel allowance; * Wellhub — a wellness benefit supporting your physical and mental health; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * PAR — Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Discounts on Midea Carrier products for you, your friends, and family; * **Midea Carrier Education Program** — tuition subsidy for continuous learning and development at colleges, universities, and educational institutions (available after 12 months of employment); * **Testers Program** — aimed at enhancing the quality and efficiency of Midea Carrier products through employee use and evaluation. * Work location: Lapa — São Paulo/SP * Work mode: On-site, Monday to Friday, during business hours; * Employment contract: CLT.
