Responsible for managing all activities required for the maintenance and operation of Facilities (cleaning, landscaping, cafeteria, waste removal, laundry, facility and asset maintenance), including management of third-party teams, financial control, KPI management, preparation of performance reports, and document control. The day-to-day responsibilities of the **Senior Facilities Analyst** * Defining scopes for contracting third-party companies; * Financial control; * Budget definition and management; * KPI evaluation; * Document control; * Management support; **What will contribute to your success?** * Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities; * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in contract and third-party company management; * Knowledge of building maintenance processes (electrical, plumbing, HVAC); * Ability to serve as a technical reference and provide support to junior analysts; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
