Interaction with clients and suppliers to ensure results **Description** **The Opportunity:** Lead, guide, and/or develop high-complexity electrical studies projects with medium- and long-term impact in your Electrical Engineering area/discipline, by defining stakeholders, scope, schedule, and monitoring progress; guiding the detailing of electrical studies drawings/projects; developing execution plans, methods, and processes to be followed; and monitoring and ensuring the development of electrical studies, installation, testing, and commissioning within agreed timelines, meeting cost, quality, and established safety requirements. **How You Will Make an Impact:** * Develop and implement electrical studies projects through technical and financial feasibility assessment, analyzing investments, defining the appropriate methodology for the electrical studies project scope, creating schedules and work plans. * Evaluate, select, and apply techniques and procedures within your specialty for developing electrical engineering studies projects, including calculations and cost optimization, by preparing execution plans, methods, and processes to be followed, drafting required reports, and guiding the detailing of electrical studies. * Implement electrical studies projects within your area of responsibility by applying pre-established techniques and methodologies aligned with scope and schedule, as well as data analysis, reports, and performance indicators. * Monitor the development of electrical studies projects, installation, testing, and commissioning by providing necessary information and support to ensure compliance with required quality and productivity standards. * Prepare technical reports and recommendations on the technical and economic feasibility of electrical studies projects by consolidating and analyzing final results from team-conducted studies. * Monitor quality and efficiency of services provided by third parties, and pre-qualify suppliers based on historical performance from previous projects and market references. * Manage project costs according to company guidelines by preparing and reviewing budgets and monitoring results during implementation. * Contribute to proposal development and presentation of electrical studies projects, verifying appropriate engineering programs, specifications, human and material resource requirements, costs, and feasibility analyses. * Support contract management, including issuance of claims — new claims, scope changes, cost and time impacts, risk analyses, among others — providing high-quality solutions compliant with customer requirements and defined budget, while ensuring adherence to safety standards and mitigation of potential risks. * Assess risks and opportunities and ensure implementation of resulting actions to guarantee contractual compliance, cost control, quality, and delivery timelines for process and outcome improvement. * Interact with clients by participating in meetings, providing technical information, presenting engineering details of electrical studies projects, supporting implementation, and other activities necessary for client satisfaction. * Interact with clients by participating in meetings, providing technical information, presenting engineering details of projects, supporting implementation, and other activities necessary for client satisfaction. * Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrotechnical Engineering, or related fields. * Active CREA registration. * Experience in the field as an Electrical Calculator. * Desired experience in proposal development, project management, and sales. * Knowledge of business models, solution sales principles, and sales processes. * Intermediate English (Desirable) **All our job openings are also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).
