We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Project Analyst to join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze engineering projects (electrical, structural, plumbing, gas, etc.) * Analyze architectural projects. * Provide on-site construction support to clarify queries. * Procure engineering projects. * Organize and manage engineering contracts. * Communicate daily with resident engineers, designers, and specialists. * Monitor project approvals with utility providers (Sanepar, Casan, Iguá, etc.). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (mandatory) * Proficiency in AutoCAD, including plotting tools, layers, and basic commands (mandatory) * Knowledge of Revit (preferred) * Active communication skills and comfort speaking on the phone (mandatory) * Field construction execution experience (preferred) * Knowledge of structural masonry (preferred) Compensation: Up to R$5,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
