SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

**Job Description:** The Seres Group, in partnership with a public company specializing in strategic project management and the electric power sector, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer. **Responsibilities:** Development and supervision of energy generation projects and applied energy solutions; Conducting technical analyses of electrical systems, power generation plants, and energy optimization solutions; Coordinating technical, regulatory, and economic feasibility studies for energy projects; Developing energy efficiency initiatives aimed at reducing consumption and optimizing costs; Monitoring schedules, construction phases, and technical aspects related to the implementation of power plants and energy systems; Supporting energy contract management and liaising with stakeholders in the electric power sector; Providing technical coordination with designers, suppliers, system integrators, energy traders, and concessionaires; Preparing technical reports, executive presentations, and decision-support documentation; Supporting the technical structuring of energy project procurement processes; Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, regulation, contracts, planning, and project management. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Active registration with CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy); Experience in energy generation, energy efficiency, and Brazil’s Free Energy Market; Experience in technical analysis of power systems, distribution networks, substations, and generation integration; Experience in implementing, supervising, or inspecting energy projects; Knowledge of the Brazilian electric power sector, including regulation and operation of the Free Energy Market; Proficiency in reading and analyzing electrical projects, technical specifications, diagrams, and memoranda; Experience preparing technical and economic feasibility studies; Experience in the energy sector, preferably in renewable energy generation. Willingness to travel **Desirable Qualifications:** Experience in self-generation, energy storage (BESS), and hybrid solutions; Knowledge of solar energy; Knowledge of energy efficiency and energy consumption management; Specialization in electric power sector regulation, project management, or power systems; Technical English. **Working Hours:** **Schedule:** 08:00 to 17:00 **Work Week:** Monday to Friday\-Friday **Work Model:** On-site **Work Location:** Ilha das Cobras, Rio de Janeiro, RJ \- Brazil
