Involvement in all phases of generation and transmission projects Description: Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering * Solid experience in development and implementation of renewable energy generation projects (solar, wind, and hydro) * Proficiency in electrical analysis and simulation software (ETAP, PowerFactory, PSS/E) * Advanced knowledge of applicable standards (ANEEL, ONS, ABNT, IEC, IEEE) * Experience in construction supervision and commissioning of generation and transmission projects Mandatory: Active CREA registration * Preferred Qualifications: * Specialization in renewable energy * Knowledge of regulatory processes for power plant implementation (wind, solar, hydro) * Advanced English proficiency Key Responsibilities: * Ensure technical performance, regulatory compliance, and efficiency in the conception and implementation of energy generation and transmission projects * Participate from planning stages through construction completion and commissioning, while technically representing projects internally and before regulatory bodies * Develop, review, and validate basic and detailed electrical engineering designs (substations, transmission lines, protection and control systems) * Conduct electrical studies (load flow, short-circuit, selectivity, stability, and electromagnetic transients) to support technical decision-making * Specify electrical equipment and materials, evaluate suppliers, and ensure compliance with national and international technical standards * Supervise construction execution and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance, quality, and schedule adherence * Interface with regulatory agencies (ANEEL, ONS, EPE, and concessionaires), prepare technical opinions, respond to requirements, and support regulatory processes * Critically analyze third-party designs to identify opportunities for technical improvement and cost-benefit optimization * Prepare technical specifications (RFQ/RFP) for procurement of equipment, studies, and solutions in new renewable energy projects * Evaluate grid connection points and power evacuation margins for new projects * Provide technical support to the O&M team in analyzing incidents and defining solutions * Interface with internal departments (sustainability, regulatory, legal, procurement, etc.) * Support Owner’s Engineering, ensuring compliance with Auren’s technical requirements * Participate in energy matrix expansion projects, developing electrical Balance of Plant (BOP) solutions for solar, wind, hydro, and BESS facilities * Monitor project progress, reporting advancements and critical issues to leadership * Track industry trends and innovations through technical groups, seminars, and specialized events * Contribute to process standardization, dissemination of best practices, and team development 2511050202231789019
