This position is ideal for professionals with BIM modeling experience, knowledge of hydraulic and electrical installations, and interest in working on projects across various sectors—including residential, industrial, and logistics construction projects. The candidate will join a specialized technical team, participating in model development and interdisciplinary coordination, ensuring consistency and quality of deliverables. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop BIM models using Revit * Model hydraulic and electrical installations * Support interdisciplinary coordination among different project disciplines * Update and review models according to project technical guidelines * Ensure BIM file organization and standardization * Participate in technical alignment meetings with the project team * Contribute to the quality and accuracy of developed models * Assist in identifying and resolving interdisciplinary clashes **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing degree in Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning * Minimum 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeler * Intermediate proficiency in Revit * Experience in residential installation modeling * Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical installations * Experience in engineering projects and interdisciplinary coordination * Familiarity with BIM methodology **Expected Behavioral Profile** * Resilient professional capable of maintaining productivity in high-demand environments * Organized and detail-oriented individual * Committed to quality and deadlines * Strong teamwork skills * Good communication and interpersonal relationship abilities * Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility * Analytical capability for solving technical problems * Interest in technology and continuous professional development * Attention to detail and precision in deliverables Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
