We strive to provide the best possible work environment for our employees; therefore, we are seeking energetic professionals eager to learn new things and committed to being part of something bigger. **Responsibilities and duties** * Assemble equipment, assemblies, and subassemblies of components for Motor-Generator Sets (MGS), including control panels, attenuators, protective devices, and enclosures, among others, following instructions specified in drawings, process sheets, and work orders, ensuring product quality; * Couple the engine with the electric generator, correctly using torque and alignment verification equipment to ensure this assembly stage is performed as accurately as possible; * Prepare devices and/or machines for component and assembly mounting by replacing and adjusting necessary tools; report difficulties encountered during project execution to your supervisor and suggest potential equipment modifications to improve efficiency in both assembly and component operation; * Transport components, materials, and products between locations whenever required, and supply production lines with inputs and raw materials to enable execution of production plans; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, tools, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), adhering to safety and quality procedures that ensure productive efficiency and company certifications; * Perform additional duties beyond those established for the position whenever necessary, as directed by your supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** * Basic knowledge of metrology and ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Education: Completed high school. * Preferred: Technical course completed or in progress (Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Electrotechnology). **Additional benefits** * Attendance Bonus * Meal Voucher * Transportation Benefit * On-site meals * Dental Plan * Co-payment Health Insurance * Life Insurance To achieve our goals, we do not work alone.
