Job Summary: Plan and control all project activities, ensuring adherence to milestones and contractual requirements for project delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of PMI, PMBOK, WBS/EAP, and Earned Value Management (EVM) Description: Basic Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree or Technological graduation in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in planning software such as MS Project or equivalent; * Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools; * Solid knowledge of PMI, PMBOK, WBS/EAP, and Earned Value Management (EVM); * Experience in risk analysis, risk matrix, and integrated management. Preferred Qualifications: * Strong analytical capability and systemic vision. * Organization, discipline, and attention to detail. * Clear communication and ability to influence multidisciplinary teams. Brief Description: Plan and control all activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to defined project milestones to support fulfillment of contractual requirements. Detailed Description: * Develop, review, and control execution and master schedules (WBS/EAP, sequencing, milestones). * Prepare S-curves, labor, resource, and productivity histograms. * Conduct scenario simulations and analyses (what\-if) to assess impacts on schedule and cost. * Define and monitor critical paths (Critical Path Method, CPM). * Perform physical and financial progress analyses. * Monitor variances, propose corrective actions, and report trends. * Integrate information from multiple disciplines: engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, quality, safety, etc. * Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership. * Review and evaluate third-party contract schedules and plans. * Analyze claims, change requests, and addenda related to schedule impact. * Support cost estimation and budgeting activities in collaboration with Cost Control teams. * Serve as the focal point for planning matters for internal and external clients. * Lead alignment meetings, progress reviews, and planning workshops. * Ensure compliance with planning methodologies, internal standards, and PMI best practices. * Ensure consistent use of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalents). * Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes. 251204020218882669
