




Job Summary: This role involves administrative support, documentation, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with operational standards, assisting analysts and supervisors daily. Monitoring deadlines and compliance with procedures Responsibilities: * Perform documentation and system updates for control purposes (lists and ARTs) * Support scheduling of installations, technical visits, and work orders. * Assist analysts and supervisors with daily administrative tasks. * Respond to internal requests and accurately relay information to relevant teams. * Monitor simple operational deadlines, ensuring adherence to the established schedule. * Provide administrative and procedural support to third parties. * Follow standardized procedures to ensure compliance with operational department regulations. Requirements: * Education: Completed technical school degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields; ongoing undergraduate studies are a plus. * Experience in administrative routines, customer service, support roles, or related functions.
